The polycarbonate plastic from which this food pan is made is termed "unbreakable" and can withstand temperatures from -40 to +100 degrees Celsius. The food pan is part of our range of standard-sized pans (full size) used extensively in cafes, lunch bars, etc. for holding various condiments, and it's also popular in delicatessens for display and service of various smallgoods in refrigerated cabinets. Its large size allows for a good display of meats, cheeses, and various marinades within a service deli environment, and two depths are available: 65mm and 100mm.
