This base is primarily used to display both laminated and standard food tickets in hot food areas. It is made from ultra-tough polycarbonate plastic that will not melt and can withstand the rigours of any hot food display, such as in a Bain Marie.

The base can perform two (2) roles. Firstly, when matched with our FTH50H laminated ticket holder, it will allow free standing of laminated tickets on a hot surface. Secondly, the circular receptacle moulded into the base is designed to hold the bulb on the bottom of our standard food tickets, also allowing free standing of standard food tickets in a Bain Marie.

Ticket style is one of personal choice; some people prefer a laminated ticket in their display, whilst others would much rather have a standard food ticket labelled with perhaps a laminated label from a PTouch machine. Either way, this base will solve a long-standing problem of displaying prices and product information in hot food display areas.

TIP : Bain Marie displays tend to be rather compact, with sometimes a number of food products together in a small area. If using this base with our standard food tickets, we suggest using a size 1 or perhaps a size 2 ticket. Any larger than this will tend to overpower the display with tickets and detract from the products on display.
